Housing Information 
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact the Housing Services Office (904) 270-5738. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements. 

NS Mayport On Base Housing  

• Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) (904) 270-7579 can assist single service members with check-in procedures and room assignment.

• NS Mayport on-base housing is privatized and provided by Balfour Beatty Communities (904) 270-8870, which offers 2-5 bedroom single family and townhomes based on rank and family size.
